THE FRACTURE
Before the light, someone sealed the gates.
The archives begin with a torn page. They speak of worlds once close together, of a voice called Vox, and of a city that keeps shining after every other light has died.
The Voice in the Void
Vox did not conquer or rule. It transformed. Wherever its voice reached, matter forgot its shape and creatures began dreaming memories that were not their own.
The Light of Lumengate
When all seemed lost, Lumengate's walls came alive with light. No one knows what feeds it. No one knows why it brings some of the fallen back.
Worlds Beyond the Portals
Now every gate leads elsewhere: ruined kingdoms, motionless forests, suspended citadels and lands that have no name. Each one conceals a fragment of the truth.

Aetheria: Shards of the Void is a fantasy pixel art MMORPG. Create your character, explore the lands beyond Lumengate and fight monsters and bosses alongside other players. The game is free to play directly in your browser on desktop and mobile.
Classes, quests and multiplayer adventures
Choose Guardian, Ranger or Void Mage. Complete quests, collect equipment and upgrade materials, and explore dungeons and islands. Join a guild, team up with friends, trade items and take part in player auctions.
Before you start
Is Aetheria a free MMORPG?
Yes. You can create an account and play for free. The Item Shop uses Cursed Coins; buying those coins is not available yet.
Do I need to download or install the game?
You do not need to install a game client: open the website in your browser and create your account. An Internet connection is required to play.
Can I play on mobile and desktop?
Yes. Aetheria has mouse and keyboard controls on desktop and touch controls on mobile. Use the same account to access your character.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. The world is multiplayer: meet other players, form a party, join a guild and invite friends using your personal invite link.
